Filfla Tour

First Filfla Tour

Our first tour of the season had been lucky. The sea condition was perfect, and the sun was shining already at 8.00 in the morning.
We sailed towards the fish farm close to Delimara hoping to spot dolphins but this time we didn’t spot them. During the trip, we saw a couple of Storm Petrel flying fast close to the boat. Going towards the first fantastic bay for our swim stop, we had a great surprise: we saw a Manta Ray (Mobula mobulor) it was huge and calm close to the surface. We admired this incredible animal for a while, and then we had our first snorkelling/swimming session in a delightfully bay. Then sailing to Filfla we have been lucky again, we could spot Scopoli’s Shearwater, Yelkouan Shearwater and Yellow-legged Gull. We had a day plenty of sightings and fun, good swimming session, lovely guests on board and a good skipper. It was an enjoyable day.
